The Quick-Muscle™ Skeletal - SeV Kit facilitates rapid and efficient differentiation of human iPS or ES cells into skeletal muscle in just 6 days. Our proprietary transcription factor-based stem cell differentiation method uses temperature sensitive Sendai virus to produce a highly pure population of skeletal muscle without a genetic footprint. Quick-Muscle™ Skeletal differentiated cell cultures display typical skeletal muscle morphology and markers, such as MHC.
